Moderator: Stanley Crump is an entrepreneur, business strategist, martial arts master, and lifelong community leader. A graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, he spent 22 years in the pharmaceutical industry before building and selling multiple successful businesses, including ventures in real estate, franchising, and consulting. He has advised major artists, athletes, and companies, including work with Jay-Z, The Roots, and NASCAR, and has been featured in The Real Housewives of Potomac, Men's Health, Sports Illustrated, and more. A 7th-degree Black Belt and world champion, Stanley now owns award-winning karate schools serving 600+ students. Passionate about mentorship, leadership, and service, he empowers young people to lead with discipline, purpose, and confidence.
