Logistics Clerk needed for our education client in Baltimore City. The Logistics Clerk will process paperwork for PPE supplies. Six month contract position with possible extension.
- Send pre-delivery notifications.
- Send post-delivery notifications.
- Store/file delivery signatures.
- Submit paperwork for incoming shipments to Data Analyst.
- File all paperwork and notifications.
- Track outstanding deliveries and work orders and ensure they are added to delivery schedule.
- Assist with troubleshooting delivery issues to include late or missing shipments.
- At least six months of logistics, inventory, customer service, clerical experience is required.
- Must have basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills and type at least 35 wpm.
- Must be available to work from 7am-3pm Monday through Friday with a 30 minute non paid lunch.
- Must be able to pass a FBI background check and drug test.
