Administrative Assistant II (Downtown Baltimore)

Administrative Assistant II needed for our government client in Downtown Baltimore.   The Administrative Assistant will provide customer service, verifying invoice amounts and data entry support.   Eight month contract position.  Pay rate is $14.42/hr


Essential Duties:


  • Answering departmental phones and providing reliable customer service.
  • Entering invoicing information into their database system.
  • Maintaining vendor files.
  • Research and update transportation data.
  • Distribute mail and other correspondence.




  • Must have at least one year of clerical experience.
  • Microsoft Word skills are required along with a Typing speed of 40 wpm.
  • Must be able to work from 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday with a 30 minute non paid lunch.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
