Our company is looking for a part-time administrative assistant to be a point of contact for our customers and assisting the team in their daily needs. Duties will include communication with potential and current clients.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a basic understanding of the computer and superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.

Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Point of contact for current and potential clients.
  • Write and distribute email and correspondence as needed.
  • Keep office organized and efficient.
  • Contributes to team effort.
  • Other administrative duties as needed.

Monday through Friday work hours.

Administrative Assistant Qualifications/Skills: 

  • Customer service
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google suite
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task


  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Admin Assistant or secretary is a plus.
  • Familiarity with office software and phone systems.
